What is your order processing time?
On average, our general turnaround time on planted arrangements is 5-7 days to pick-up. However this will vary as all our designs are custom made and depend on our vessel and plant inventory.
For expedited orders please contact us via our contact form to discuss and we’d be happy to accommodate your needs.
Where are your pickup locations?
When your arrangement is completed, it can be collected from one of the following locations:

Throughout the Spring, Fall and Christmas seasons you can find us popping up at local markets around Charlotte. Information will be updated on the website as new dates and locations are added throughout the year
If I order from you, can you ship or deliver?
Plant accessories are available to be shipped.
Potted plants & arrangements are only available in person or via local pick-up. This allows us to ensure the best quality of the final product.
Can I choose my exact vessel?
When sourcing vintage, it is important to remember that every piece is unique. If you have a preference for certain colors or materials please let us know in the special instructions or contact us to discuss.
Can you plant the containers / pots / vessels I already own?
Absolutely! We can plant in anything! Get in touch via the contact form to discuss your requirements and we’ll create a beautiful arrangement for you in your own special container.
What other services do you provide?
We offer made to order custom arrangements, seasonal refresh of containers and design consultations for botanical styling for residential properties.

What type of plant care support do you provide?
Every potted plant & arrangement comes with complete care instructions so you can enjoy your plants for months or years to come.
We are also available via email for any questions you may have regarding your plant care.
Why does my plant look different from the website?
The photos serve as inspiration to give you the best idea of what you may receive.
All arrangements are unique and will vary based on seasonality and availability of plant material. To keep our focus on sustainability through secondhand finds, we rarely find the same vessel twice, so we cannot provide an exact offering.
I’ve had my plant for a while and it doesn’t look that healthy anymore! What can I do?
It's important to take care of your plants according to the guidelines offered. We're always happy to discuss a course of action, so please contact us via our website.
Is my planted arrangement guaranteed to last?
All our plants and arrangements are planted with the utmost care and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. Acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health and sustainability. Live plants are subject to variable conditions; therefore, we are not able to offer a guarantee or refund.
